House Referral Program - Earn $1,000 Per Lead
Do you know someone who wants to sell their house? Do you know of a property in your neighborhoodthat's in poor condition?
Step 1
Talk to your friends, family and neighbors. If they're interested in selling, tell them that you are referring them to us to buy their home.
Step 2
Provide us with their name, phone number and the property address. For properties in poor condition in your neighborhood, just provide the address.
Step 3
We buy the house and you make $1,000 in cash. It's that easy!
Additional Information
- A completed referral form is needed for each lead.
- Once we receive a completed referral form, we will follow up with the owner, then notify you within 24-48hrs of the status.
- You will receive your payment of $1,000 as soon as we close on the property. Payment is only issued for successful closings.
- Houses that are active on MLS or under contract are ineligible for our referral program.
- If a property can be found on a site like zillow, a foreclosure site or auction site, the property is ineligible for our referral program.
